Davyd has demonstrated expert knowledge in complex business environments and has an impressive record in achieving milestones ‘on time and on budget’. Davyd has for many years developed a strong commitment to building profitable and sustainable solutions in business development and has been an advocate and member of many forums and initiatives in shaping the role of hydrogen in transforming the transport sector in WA.

His vast experience in both hands-on and leadership roles across a range of industries has resulted in a career of varied experiences, from start-up companies through to the management of a company with $100m of assets.

Current leadership is also supported by a team that includes Angela Hooper as CFO and many site and administration managers, now joined by David Cavanagh who assisted in new partnerships signed up and the multi-billion dollar 20-year supply of green hydrogen from Arrowsmith.

Born and raised on a farm in Wagin, WA, Angela was instilled with a solid work ethic and understanding of regional business practices from a very young age. After moving to Perth to study her Bachelor of Tourism and Sociology, she quickly transitioned into business operations management post-graduation where her career has thrived since.

Since partnering up with her husband Davyd, Angela has been at the helm of several different regional businesses as Head of Operations for Top Group. Angela has remotely managed businesses ranging from petrol stations, roadhouses, liquor stores, newsagencies, electronics retail spaces, an art house, busy pub and hotel, café, and laundromats.

Angela is an expert in communication, multi-tasking and directing managing over 50 team members in four regional locations to be effective in their individual roles. As Head of Operations she is responsible for all components of business management including cashflow, accounts, human resources, training and marketing for maximum profitability.
